I bought a windscreen for my old MY2000 not realizing I needed a bracket (It was not standard for that model year).

Rick offered to accept the product and refund my money without my asking.

Thankfully I kept the part for my new car.

I also did a custom order on the wool mats. My specs didn't come out to what I ordered, so I decided to go with a refund. I have recieved confirmation of a refund yet.

Rick's does indeed provide excellent customer service. Hopefully I'll get the refund soon.

aren't you supposed to remove the floor mats when you do a performance driving event? Or do you just wear the driving shoes for spirited driving?

Nothing but good experiences.

I've got a blue shift boot and console cover. The console's leather isn't as good as the shift boot's (I got the boot months earlier), but it is still pretty good. I just wish it were softer like the shift boot.
