Congrats!
It's always fun to work on a cool film. Harold & Kumar goes to White Castle was hilarious. Your description of the bong scene on the plane cracked me up. I can only imagine how it'll be once they edit it. $75 was way too low if the car will be prominently featured on screen for more than 3 secs. Did they shoot a lot of footage with it? If so, they may call you back and renegotiate usage fees. Don't worry about being non-union, any director can Taft-Hartley (exempt) you into their film as a principal if they clicked with you. They pay a fine for using non-union actors but it's only money to them.

so what exactly do you do? I think your S is in mad money too right?
I have a normal life and so does my S. I work but on my days off I will go and do movies if they call me. Right now Louisiana is second behind Hollywood. Tax breaks, right now theres 5 movies or more being filmed here in town. I know a lot of the people who work on the sets and especially the casting agency. So, they call me quite often to do movies and if it works out with my work schedule I go for it.
My first day on Harold & Kumar we were doing the airplane scene. I'm one of the dudes on the plane freaking out during that bomb/bong scene. Which it took a couple of takes to do because all the lines were hilarious and everyone was laughing. Anyways that was a two day shoot and on the second day someone came in the holding area and said, "Who drives the Honda S2000 outside?" I approached the guy and he told me that they would like to use it for the bottomless party scene. So, I accepted. They kept the car overnight and paid me my dues.
Mad Money I was doing a scene as an employee just walking out to the parking lot. Where Katie Holmes was skipping they said they needed another car. I jumped forward and offered to pull mine over. They accepted, so it was in Mad Money.
The Jessica Simpson movies which I think will never come out, I basically was asked to drive in the background and I doubt they will even be scene in the movie.
So yea, I have a normal life it just turns out everytime I go to do these movies my car somehow gets involved.
