Default my s2000 gas milege

i have a 2002 s2k and it seems like its burning more gas than if you do the math. theyre supposed to get around 200+ miles per gas tank but mine probably does 75 miles on half a tank. i dont drive the car hard. is this normal gas milege for you guys too? (and girls)

I average around 130 miles for a half a tank, sometimes 150 if I baby it on my '04. Sounds like you need a tune up my friend...

ap1 gets better gas mileage.. cause the low end doesnt burn as much fuel if you stay out of the 5k+ area... ap2 isnt far behind.. i get about 250 -270 a tank with combination of highway and city

Not true, both cars get about equal gas mileage, usually 24-27 mpg mixed, depending on tires.

Driving around the city I usually get about 19-20mpg, which is about 200 miles to a tank. But just recently on the highway I managed to get 369 miles to the tank, which equaled 33mpg.

If I do half highway and half city, I get around 24-27mpg. If I do all city, I get around 20-23mpg.

i would think that the AP2 is slightly better because of our taller 6th gear..

i get anywhere from 260-290 depending on how i drive and that's when the indicator lights turns on. depending if i'm feeling kramer like i'll push it until the bars are completely empty and i'll get 300-315 but when i gas up the nozzle stops at the low 12 gallon range so its not fully empty.
