Rare car and a rare color. Never let her go!
After Three s2000's I sold out and bought a Ridgeline. Several cars and years later I was still dying to get back into it and buy my CR. I'm keeping her forever, lesson well learned!

It definitely is fun driving a $300 1990 honda civic all week, then the weekend comes around and you hop into the S. It's like christmas every weekend
.
.
i couldn't stand to leave my S parked for more than a couple of days.
i love this story
i tried to move on from the s2000 twice. by the time i bought my 3rd one (current 2008 gpw) i knew i was buying it for keeps.
I am local and have also had nothing good about rsm honda.
finally. i also have an nsx (actually two of them)... and they are hard to stay away from just like the s2000. recently a zanardi was traded in for a red gtr ... after about 6 weeks and 3.6K miles on the gtr, the zanardi owner went back to the dealership and returned the gtr, to pay more to get his 80K mile zanardi back

I'm glad I'm not crazy! To Reckon...yea, the 2010 Insight has more body roll than a Odyssey and Auto Stop was driving me INSANE.
I just had the pay DMV tax and transfer fees at the dealership...none of their "hidden" costs. I've bought too many company cars in my career to get haggled by dumbass car salesmen who thought the S was a V6 5-spd.
I could have easily bought a used S, but I've had mine exclusively maintenanced at Corner3 and I don't trust anyone else but them.
I paid $500 more than I would have if I bought my lease out....but the dealership changed the fluids, filters, brake pads and rotors, extended 100k mile warranty....so I think all is fair.
Stay away from "the honda dealership off RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA PKWY". They don't know what they're doing.
I woke up grinning and couldn't wait to drive to work. How many non-S owners can say that???

I had a 01 NFR in 2004 and sold it in 2006 due to the military moving me out of Hawaii to Korea. I got to Korea and had to walk for 2 years before the military allowed me to have a car. I bought a 05 Ford ESCAPE since I have a wife and little baby girl (My wife mainly drives it, i just get dropped off and picked up in it). Than I was allowed to get two cars so I bought a Nissan TITAN Crew cab (absolutely loved that truck) mainly for me plus I needed the room since I have two little girls now. Than I got word that I was going to move to Las Vegas at the end of the year so I sold my TITAN and was about to get a beater. Lucky for me I was taking forever to find a beater than I saw a 07 NFR for sale. My wife said it was cool for me to get it since I usually drive by myself all the time to work. I got in the car for the test drive and immiediately fell back in love with the car. I find it funny that I sold my NFR 01 for 18.5K in 2006 and picked up a NFR 07 in 2010 for 18.5.
sorry for the long ass post, I just wanted to share my story as well. LOL

Never let go of your S, unless you don't really love it and doesn't make you happy anymore. I had a guy try to buy my GPW AP2 the other day he offered me 16k, I refused i couldn't sell it.

Bought an 03 AP1, was sick of the noisyness and the inconvenience of the car. Instead i bought my friends stripped/track EG6 with a full swap already done. Enjoyed it, was WAAAY too loud. Went back into an S again afterwards. That one got stolen. In my 3rd one now...don't think im letting go of this one
