Hey guys,
UPDATED 6/11/08:

UPDATED 6/12/08
Insurance valuation came in...
They are giving us 18,525+ tax; I bought it in April 2006 for 19,100 + tax.
I've put 10k miles on it, t1r 63mm, and K&N FIPK; Overall I think it's very reasonable.
Now for my next s2k!
--------------------------------------
BACKGROUND:
I have a 2001 yellow Honda S2k. It has been parked in the rear lot of my apartment complex for about two weeks. It's been rather cold in Jersey so I drove my other car instead. Every night when I come back from work/school, I park my car next to the S2k.
Well today morning I walk outside to find that the car is gone! I checked with property management and he said they didn't authorize the tow. He said the front doorman would have remembered a tow truck coming into the rear lot, and that if anything, whoever stole the car drove it off, and didn't have it towed.
I filed a police report and filed a claim (Allstate); it seems I have to wait a while and give the police a chance to find my car.
I know the seats in the car are sought after, but in my case they took the entire car. What is the possibliity that I will get the car back without being stripped?
At this point, I'd rather the car be completely stripped than get it back after some douche drives it and messes it up.
How easy are these cars stolen? My insurance claim agent said the car has a "sophisticated anti-theft" system and that without the key, the thief MUST have towed it away. Is this true?
