Default My s2k has some nuts!

So tonight I went out to the garage to change the oil and get the car ready to work on and I figured I'd check the air filter too. This is what I found...

DANM SQUIRRELS! I had the car parked outside for 2 nights a few weeks ago.

I hope they don't f*<kup my car when they find their nuts are gone.

Squirrels are no joke. 20 years ago my VW Rabbit was parked outside. I was driving down to the bank and the engine sounded a little rough, then it wouldn't start at all when I came out. Had it towed to the shop, and when they pulled the cover off the timing belt found a crushed squirrel inside. It had made the timing belt slip a notch or two and bent some valves, about $1000 damage. I told them to stop everything until the insurance adjustor could take a look at it. It took him 3 or 4 days to get around to it, and by that time it was getting pretty ripe. They had to steam clean it before they could start working on it.

The adjustor tried to call it collision damage but I convinced him it should be covered under comprehensive (which had a lower deductible).
