pretty gay that ur boss fired you.

show him pictures of your damn car and the police report if he doesnt believe you.

unless you were a doctor conducting open heart surgery, then just randomly left, i dont seen what could have been more important then the life of a loved one.

Well I worked at Michaels Arts and Crafts Distribution Center and their attendance policy is a "Points System" and since my fiance was going through cancer I had used up all my vacation time, sick time ect and after that I started to accumulate points. I was at the very end of my rope working there because we where not married during the time she had cancer.

Yup... Michaels is such a joke to work for. If I could explain the kinds of things they did to keep from spending money with the economy the way it is. But what can you do lol. I do plan on calling the union for all my friend who work there to help them out.

first off, sorry to hear about your woman's accident with your car. second, the retarded lady's insurance should pay for everything as she was the cause of the accident. third, why would you sue the trucking company or the driver, it wasn't his fault the retarded bitch couldn't drive.

Even though you only have liability, your insurance company should still be able to sue her insurance....oh yeah, #### michael's, find something more worth while...

I agree with HonCBRf2. Trucker is not the one at fault. Is the lady who misjudge and trying to pass onto on coming traffic.

Granted that trucker should slow down to let her complete her pass. But is not his fault for driving speed limit. If that what he was doing.

Just talk to your insurance and see what they got to say.. report back to us.

Were the cops on the scene? A police report would help reinforce the story and get either the trucking company or the jeep driver to pony up...

P.S. are you thanking your lucky stars that your fiance wasn't hurt? A material loss is one thing but it's important to remember how precious life is. my .02.

Yes cops where on the scene and I have to wait a few days before I can get ahold of the police report so its a waiting game right now.

Sucks to hear. Hopefully the lady in the jeep is found at fault. But why have liability only on such a nice car? Even if you did have comp./collision coverage, it most likely wouldn't replace after market parts, but still much better than just liability coverage.
