I had my mats a couple of months now and did not receive any velcro strips.
I have anchored the drivers mat down though.
The passenger mat never ever moves at all.

These mats are brilliant , I highly recommend them.

The passenger mat doesn't move. Only one person causes it to move and he's no longer allowed in the car

My mats didn't come with the velcro either, but my solution works just fine for the driver side.

Hey Muz - what about the possibility of applying those rubber spikes to the back of the mats in the future? My factory mats in my Maxima have the rubber backing with the spikes and they don't move an inch. Just a suggestion.

And if you are on the fence about getting the mats, GET THEM! They are great protection, and very nice quality. Well worth the purchase. Thanks Muz !

I have two sets of OEM S2000 mats and the "L" bracket is what shipped with both from Honda.

I mounted both of the "L" brackets under the drivers side mat. Used the stock grommet on the left hand side of the mat and added a second grommet on the right hand side. You can find grommet install kits at hardware and fabric stores.

Under the bottom edge of both L brackets I installed weather stripping to keep them from pivoting.

Works great. Stock mat dosen't move anymore and looks factory. Same system would work for other mats.

Muz,

I received my floor mats sometime in March or April and also did NOT receive the velcro strips!!

I need them though! The moving about of the mat is really annoying!

(I did receive velcro with my roof well mat though)

Fortunately, they look awsome, which makes up for the fact!!

You just peel the back off the Velcro strips and stick them running from front to back (not side to side) on the underside of the rubber backing.
I also didn't receive any Velcro strips with my floor mats. However, I ordered my mats several months ago. My driver's side mat creeps a bit but not much (maybe 1/4"). It's not enough to really bother me -- I just pull it back into place every few days.

Like Bernie, I was also wondering about the possibility of making the mats with a rubber backing that includes rubber spikes. That'll make them stick like glue (although the low pile of the floor's carpeting might not be thick enough for the mat to benefit from this design).

Well, I ordered the Muz floor mats a couple of months ago
and DID get the velcro strips. I ordered direct, not
Group Buy. The mats are great!

I didn't install the velcro originally but I'm going to
try it soon because my driver's side mat slips around.

One suggestion Muz - send BLACK velcro with the
mats, not white!

Err...white? Are you referring to the tape you peel off the adhesive Velcro strip. I think the Velcro itself should be black.
Yup, white Velcro with white backing tape.

I received one strip of Velcro (two pieces - the "hooks" and
the "fuzz"). Everything was white, including the backing tape.

I put it in the sewing basket and bought some black (since
the carpet and mats are black).

Methinks you need to check with your distributor.
