Tried a search on this without good results.

Does anyone know if any of the earlier model S2000 radio antennas fit a MY04? I've seen a few for sale on the internet....but, none are listed as an '04 replacement.

I just finished washing the car and I somehow managed to bump the base of the antenna hard enough to snap it off

how does it come off? does it unscrew off. i tried to but to no avail. almost seems to be loctite on

 

Unfortunately, I managed to SNAP mine off. They're supposed to screw on/off.

the rubber would squirm but the mast wouldn't unscrew. the one in the showroom unscrewed easily. maybe they screw it on tight as part of the prep. im afraid im gonna break it so i'll just leave it alone. maybe it'll deter it's theft

 

This is why I deleted my post. Don't want any would be thieves viewing this forum any more hints on how to steal our antennas.

ps. They fit on a lot of other cars.
