Ok I have a AP2 MY05. I want a nice sounding exhaust but i dont want a loud one. I want it to turn heads but not be annoying or deafening. I dont want it to drone or rasp. I dont have anything done to it yet, but i plan on having an AEM V2 in there in less than 20 days.

Exhaust choices are:
Comtech
Mugen
Sparrow?

Add more for me! i know very little about exhaust on this car yet. I want duals.

 

If you got the funds get the mugen or even the amuse

Fujitsubo,

perfect sound, no drone, it's louder than stock but it fades away quick just like stock. Low tone rumble then fades away as you go in the higher RPM range.

 

Fujitsubo or Supersprint.

 

if i had the money mugen. i like the way mugen sounds, not too loud but not too quite, and it looks good.

 

For the money, you can't beat Fujitsubo. I have one, love it.
If you have the money, get the MUGEN...

 

 

mugen, i think it is one of the best sounding exhausts for the s2000. Just my opinion though, go check out some soundclips of exhausts or meet up with some people with aftermarket exhaust on their s2000 in your area and see if you like the sound for yourself. Good luck with your choice though, but if it were up to me I would go mugen.

I built a custom exaughst that i designed myself and I had an AEM V2 intake on the car before that and I really felt the car come to life after the exaughst. I have a 2 1/2 inch thunderbolt racing cat, 2 1/2 inch pipe to 3 inch dual resinators, to 4 inch tips. Its louder than some sport bikes but I like it to be loud.
