Real world? How about scientific (mathematical) proof concerning Shawn's dynapack? I provided a link to where Shawn provided detailed, substantiated, explanations. If you want to cry foul, do so by invalidating his calculations.
ok my last post... I dont want to argue at all... All I'm saing is I have seen over 20 ap2's dyno before... All of them came in at about 208 rwhp and the ap1 coming in at 200-202 rwhp... I have seen it so many times in front of my eye's. Ok so you have 235 i think it was... The car has 240 at the fly wheel... SO basically your saying you have no drive train loss or nothing, I love this....

I would love to race you
Be careful what you ask for...this thread wasn't created to initiate races against anyone. However, I have ZERO problems running against another car with similar power (in other words, I am not going to waste my time and run against an FI S2000 or a modded EVO/STI).

Correction...I am stating that Honda under-rated the power of the MY04-up S2000. Let's leave it at that.

I guess all those ap2's I saw dyno must have all had low compression then, all 20 of them

But any how, congrats on the hondata thing and the good numbers. From all your post you seem like a very cool guy. Enjoy the car
Bottom line: I respect your opinions and have NO problems with you. I am not here to hate against anyone. I am here to make friends, not enemies.

So on dynojet's/mustangs Ap2/Ap1 dyno pretty close to each other. Usually, from all my readings on this site, the Ap2 usually dyno's only a few hp higher due to the Ecu. Yet on a dynapack Ap2's dyno significantly higher than Ap1s?
I have seen no proof that there is any difference in performance between an Ap1 and Ap2, except maybe a few hp due to the Ecu. So why would this dynapack say otherwise? Is it right? Or, is a dynapack not as accurate?
Even still, what makes an Ap2 on a dynapack read so much higher than an Ap1?

Invidia is an awesome sounding exhaust. I had my Invidia at the Florida meet yesterday and many loved the sound. Some even said they will be getting it on their car after hearing mine. Also, another member had it on his car so I got to hear what it sounds like to others! It's awesome sounding!
But... beware...
It is very loud inside the car, especially when you first get it! After a few days of driving, either it quiets down or you get used to it. Because it no longer bothers me at all like it did the first day. With the top down, its not bad, top up, kinda loud. I'd advise riding in one before getting it if you are able to. I wasn't able to, but I am very satisfied with my exhaust!

my S is a daily driver and I too have the Invidia exhaust installed, but I rune it w/ the silencers on M-F. It's louder in the cab than it is outside the car IMO. I noticed a significant loss of power w/ the silencers on. Is it all in my head? I love the sound as well.

I am very happy with the exhaust, with the exception of a fairly significant problem--the b-pipe rests against the undercarriage of the car. Honda has apparently made some changes to the exhaust system. The exhaust channel itself is completely straight, yet the b-pipe that Invidia makes has some bends. I haven't seen the exhaust channel on an MY00-05 S2000, but it must not be completely straight (if it is then Invidia should have designed a straight b-pipe).

Anyways, I am having a fabricator modify the b-pipe so that it doesn't rest against the undercarriage. Regarding the silencers, I haven't used them. Like another member stated, with the top down it isn't all that loud. With the top up it gets pretty loud around 4K rpms.
