Just a thought...

If the 2002 model in fact comes with a glass window, would anyone care to speculate on the possibility that this would fit in 2000/2001 models?

In addition, what about the other alleged upgrades: interior bits, cleared headlights, sidemarkers, etc...

I don't believe cleared headlights are one of the changes.

 

I have a feeling the entire top would have to be replaced for the glass window.

 

I'm pretty sure the entire top would have to be replaces too. I think even the rooftop well in the back might have to be replaced, to accomodate the glass, since it won't fold.

 

I have a feeling some tops are going to get mysteriously vandalized in the near future, and the re-order of the top will have a slightly different part # than the original...hehe.
