Thats impressive..
i wish my dyno looked like that. what exactly is he running.
also since no one said anything about this, don't forget a key to making your NA project quicker would be gears. won't change the HP, but for accleration, which you'll need, it will be more than useful.

I guess it depends what you consider to be "high HP" and whether or not that is achieveable in NA form. The cost is so damn high compared to FI, but if that is what you like then go for it.

don't know too much about this stuff BUT here's Gs2k's dyno

that can't be an NA motor.

notice how the torque is way higher even at 1500rpm. A highly tuned NA motor would probably make LESS torque at that range. This looks like a supercharged motor.

With higher compression it could be NA, the torque difference is maintained at a fairly consistent rate. With FI the difference would grow as the pressure rises. Is this flywheel horsepower or at the wheel? It says 2wd drive dyno but the axis are marked as flywheel.

that's not an FI dynograph. it looks like a higher compression n/a engine.

a supercharged motor would look MUCH different on this dyno, since the supercharger tends to increase the hp exponentially due to the higher rpm meaning higher speed of the SC.

it's the rod angle caused by the change made to the crankshaft.
Thanks. I thought it was the rods themselves that were created to be bigger.
