So I am debating on getting a nitrous kit for my 01 S2000. Nothing crazy, just a 50-75 shot for occasional use. Here are my questions...

1.) What kit? Brand (thinking ZEX) and Wet or Dry?

2.) Additional parts needed, I don't want to overlook anything...

3.) Will I need to tune for only a 50-75 shot?

4.) Best places to find kits and parts?

Here are the parts I think I need:

N20 Kit (obviously)
Auto Bottle opener
Bottle Heater
Purge Kit
New plugs???

Any input is appreciated. I do realize that many frown upon N20, but I feel that for occasional use, if done right it should be a nice addition. Thanks in advance and I do appoligize if this is a topic that has been beaten to death here.

 

Unless you want to go with some sort of engine management, I'd stick with a Zex wet 50 shot. You should be able to waste supercharged S2k's at that point.

 

any ideas on where to get the needed items? I obviously know about the kit, but as far as the purge and auto openers and such, also the install dificulty on all of these items are unknown to me. Thanks for your input, I really appreciate it!
