Default Name of this interior piece?

So there's a large plastic piece that curves around the back of the seat and actually surrounds the fuel door pull knob. It's directly below the seat belt, and the tonneau cover snaps into it. When the seat belt is retracted, the buckle rests on this.

What is this called? I'd like to order a replacement since the previous owner scratched mine up really bad. Can't find it on the online Majestic Honda parts catalog.

^ I just replaced both sides last night, 2 minutes each side.

Remove phillips screw down by base of seatbelt
Remove the two hooks on plastc vent piece behind seat, pull up on piece than out set aside. Pull up on side garnish remove. You may have to pop off your door sill 5 second job just pull up it comes right off. Replace all parts and screws one minute each side longer if your using a hand screwdriver
