Yes...my father has been hand-making shoes for 45+ years. I've learned a ton about leather just from growing up in his shop, and I'm pretty good at telling genuine apart from fake. But I'm not 100%. My father knows leather better than just about anyone outside a tannery. He assured me the only part of the seats that are not leather are the very back sides where the pockets are. The entire seating surface is most definately leather, as are the side edges of the seat. Nevertheless, I will have him inspect the interior again next time I leave town to visit him.
