First you take off your center arm rest...
Under that where the shifter is there is a white plastic circle piece around the shifter...
Mine is cracked in like 2 places, and I think thats what is making a really loud rattle in that area that sounds like someone dumped a bag of skittles under my armrest.

What is that white piece called so I can buy a new one?

also anyone know where else i can buy it at? its cheap but shipping there is like 9 bucks

dude it's going to be $3.28 max at your local dealer, don't mailorder a $3 part... unless you are getting lots of them anyways. Spent the $3 and see if it fixes the rattle.
