Default Ne1 lease an S2000?

Otay here's the deal. I now live in Ft lauderdale and don't have a place to work on my beloved 300zxTT. I'm selling my Z and getting some type of Honda product, because other than changing the oil I don't really have the space. Since S2000 are honda's and relatively bullet-proof. I'd like to look into leasing one for a couple of years since it would be warrantied if any problems crop up. Any ideas on what a 3 year lease 15k miles ayear with 1000 down cost me monthly. Also what dealerships in the Fl(miami, ft lauderdale area) or OH(Cleve.)where my parents live. That I could call and not jack me around. I've heard most dealers don't like leasing the S2000 because the make way more money selling them. Is this true. I'd like to lease because the s2000 is not my dream car so it's not a keeper just something to enjoy until the next dream car pops up.

Thank you

Tim, I'm leasing both of my new Hondas. My wife's Odyssey and my S2000, both MY2001's. I am leasing the Odyssey through the credit union at work and mine through the dealer.

It was funny the way I had the credit union and the dealer both bidding for my lease business on my S2000. The dealer came up with the best price. I have been leasing cars for almost ten years and I like it.

All of the car companys have a buy/lease calculator on their web site that you can use for monthly payments.

Be careful when you get your S2000...you just may wind up liking it much more than you ever imagined.

WOW what a dilemma. I would if at all possible keep the 300ZX TT and also get the S2K. Having two sports cars is never a bad thing..well there is insurance...oh yeah those kids and the wife don't like the two-seaters..oh yeah there is the....opps I mean there may be a few bad things associated with two sports cars but hey we can't be perfect.

Just remember to negotiate the price first!

The most common trap people fall into is falling in love with the monthly payment. Remember that leasing is just another way to finance.

Once you negotiate the best price, then calculate the lease. Most people do it the other way and get screwed.

Good luck.
