Drive it with the top up. You'll hear all the squeeks and rattles that the exhaust usually drowns out when the top is down.

By the way, what is the standard size of the rear tires for the '03??

225/50/16 if you get the S02.

If another tire, you will need to get 245/50/16.

What do you mean Hockey. Do you mean if I need a replacement tire (different name brand), I have to get 245/50/16??

That is correct. The S2000-specific Bridgestone S02 is a special tire supplied for this model. The contact patch of this tire is approximately the same as 'normal' 245 width tires. So, if you move from the special S02 to any other tire, get a 245 or you'll significantly reduce the rear grip.

I thought normal replacement size for non-so2's was 245/ *45* /16?
