Well from what i know the s2000 is factory tuned to the corect performance. I did some research and i saw that some mods might even make you loose power. Well my question is what mods can work for it? its a daily driver so not gonna track it every weekend or autocross or anything. i just want the power to be there if i ever neet to use it.

Trow in some advice on bolt ons, turbo, superchargers, anything.. money isnt a issue. But just remember its a dd

If money isnt an issue then I would go with the new kraftwerks supercharger they have for 06-07. Should work really good as a daily driver.

If you dont want FI then just get a test pipe and 70mm single exhaust for some pretty good gains. J's header has also seen some very good gains.

ASM has a very quiet 70mm and will make more power than the 60mm so definately the 70mm. Search for exhaust. This topic has been beaten to death.

If you want power to "be there" and don't want a bunch of stress on your engine all of the time, nitrous is a good solution. Kits are about 500-600 dollars. Some are biased against it though. Ran mine a few times with no problems yet cause they've got more safety features than they did in the past. Talked to a few other members running it and no blown engines that I've seen.

But since you said money is no option, I'd go supercharged and spend the 6k on it. I've seen a couple of sc'd s2ks with at least 150k on them with good compression still. Supercharger will be great for a DD.

Since you have an 07, I would go with the kraftwerks Supercharger as well. It looks like an awesome kit.

if youre not looking to spend TOO much. i would def suggest a cai, header, test pipe, and exhaust. then a hondata reflash. it wont gain AS much as FI, but im sure it can make a dd a very fun car.

If money isnt an issue I say weight reduction

I'm aiming for the KW s/c after they get CARB approval. Seems like the least-fuss most-bang solution. But I do expect to upgrade the clutch (usual ACT + AP1 flywheel) and diff (Puddy's mods) at the same time.
