FACTS: I took my 2001 s2000 in to a dealer for the 1-2 gear grind TSB work. The work gets done and I come out of it with a service report that says "one-time goodwill warranty fix" due to driver abuse!!!! I have gone down the long and hard-fought road to fight this; however, seem to have run up against a dead-end.

Area: Zone 1-b (Bay Area, California)
District Service Manager: Mark Fletcher

Apparantly, Mark Fletcher is my problem and he is the one that forced the dealer to do this after "inspecting" my parts. I have filed a complaint with Honda America who seem to have no power to do anything. They told me they did not know who's Fletcher's boss and that the Bay Area office is under construction thus all these guys are working out of LA temporarily.

QUESTION: Does anyone familiar with Honda on the west coast know the name (and contact information) for the supervisor at Honda America for the Bay Area DSM, Mark Fletcher?

Please send me a private response in the event this is information that you do not want to post. Also, I promise not to yell at the guy when I call. THANKS!!
