Default Need to change Oil after sitting for the winter?

Does this need to be done? It's been sitting for about 3 and half months. Does it need to be changed?

It's a good idea, and a good idea to keep checking the oil frequently when it's back on the road in full capacity. But do a search on winter storage and you'll come up with a whole bunch of good ideas.

hmm. interesting. I actually changed the oil before putting it away. So it sits with nice and clean oil.

Was the oil fresh before you put it up - have you run it at all? If the answers are yes and no, then it really is not necessary

The oil was changed right before. Driven for maybe 300 miles before storing.
