Default Need to find a dual gauge pod for s2000....

I'm planning on buying two Defi 60mm BF gauges and need a pillar pod to hold the dual gauges.

Ideally I want one that replaces the side pillar with a new one but can't find any....what do you guys use and where do I get one?

Anyone know a good sponsor that sells DEFI gauges?

thanks,
rick

Evasive Motors?

Who makes the pillar pods? Autometer, SOS?

The gauge pillar pod is made by Science of Speed (SOS):

My dual gauge pod is made by Autometer. I bought if off ebay a few weeks back.

Fitment is actually VERY good. I actually ended up using the new pod as a replacement for the OEM one and secured it with 3M double sided tape.

No concerns so far and no trimming was needed.

I don't know if anyone makes something like this for the S2000, but I had this dual gauge pod on my Integra and it was perfect. It put the gauges right in your line of site but not on display for everyone else to see you had gauges. Does anyone make anything like this for the S2000?

Ordering the gauges as we speak, I may just get a pillar pod like what you guys suggested or may do something custom if I have time...hehehe

Going with 60mm gauges this time around

kfar09: That setup is pretty cool but don't think it would work for s2k clusters since it is so jam packed already - otherwise it would block our fuel gauge or something. I've seen RX7's with those steering column pods but again not enough room in our cars.

yeah its pretty packed in there, i just dont like the look of gauges on the A-pillar. the only other options i know of are to either cut into your dash somewhere, or get the ricks digital gauges that go on your radio door. Good luck figure it out though... post up some pics when you finish!
