I don't even know what happened. My bro said it was a hit an run but there are no dents anywhere, just extremely bad scrapes to the point where you can see the natural part of the plastic bumper.

I'm wondering if there is a way for me to fix this myself or would it be best to take it to a detail shop? Anyone else had something similar happen?
