NEED HELP @ THE DEALERSHIP RIGHT NOW DIFF PROBLEM

Can someone help me find the post about the differential replacement. The guy that posted it said he had a noise in the rearednd but they replaced it and it fixed alot of the vibration. I need a quick response. PLEASE HELP
