Default Need help carfax

im looking to buy my first sport car but can't trust seller
is there anyone can run carfax report for me ?

I got a carfax guy that charges $5 each. Let me know if you want his email.

Be aware Carfax may not have everything done to that car. If it is not reported, it is not in Carfax. A good inspection of the actual car can speak volumes.

...so if you are looking for a pristine car, visual inspection by a trained eye will speak volumes.

But if you just want a solid driver, a resprayed bumper, done right, is no big deal. Chances are, anything that didn't go through insurance, and therefore isn't in carfax, wasn't a big hit. So if its going to be a driver, carfax has a lot of value. Of course nothing is foolproof, but its a useful piece of detail to making a decision.

Agreed. Carfax gave me a lot of history on the car for its value. Of course I wouldn't pay the full $40 for it though.

If you can't trust the seller, consider moving on. Not worth the hassle. Like the old blue grass tune - "There's more pretty girls than one..."
