A few day ago i filled up my tank and used up about half of it. last night i got into my car and only one bar was missing, so it was reading as almost full. just now i started up my car and its still reading i have almost a full tank of gas. i know i've driven atleast 150 miles since i filled it up. anyone ever had this problem before. What should i do

 

you have a 2005. get it warrantied.

 

Mine is doing the exact same thing right now. It is showing about over a 1/4 tank, but I have put 220 miles on it since that fill up... wtf?

 

Do a search for me or for the subject as there's been others who have had this fuel gauge issue and discussed it before. Once you refill it, it will either correct itself, or be very consistent. My case is the latter...once refilled, it has been consistent on what it reads, but it no longer reads what it used to (i.e. how many bars I have now for 150miles is not equal to how many bars I had before at 150miles, but it's consistent).

 

Do a search. This topic was discussed many times in this forum, and also the "Tell Honda" forum (not too long ago, in fact). Good luck.
