Need help guys

K heres my situtaion. I have Advan RGI's in white, near flawless condition. My friend wants to trade me his Blitz type 01s, near horrible condition + 700. is that a complete Rip?

Sounds like it, you have to pay him $700 extra bucks, and then put another $300-$500 into refinishing them??????????? Even if they are Blitz type 01's
