Well my inspection got denied cuz I have the blue lights in there. Is there any short cuts to replacing this bulb without taking the bumper off? damn, this sucks!

Did you try looking to see what it says in the owner's manual? I don't have mine handy otherwise I'd help you.

 

if you have small enough hands, you can go through the fender well. undo the clips in the front half of the well (in front of the tire) and you can reach in there and get to the sockets. it ain't easy, and you have to be careful, but it beats the hell out of taking off the bumper again.

 

I recommend removing the fender liner completely, to avoid crimping it pretty severely (I crimped mine). You only have to remove a few more clips.
