Default Need help Identifying mods in picture

I have been roaming the board for awhile now and am finally about to but an S! I am looking at one now, and here is a picture of the engine bay. I know it is not stock, I see the swaybar, but am not sure what exactly has been done to it. Can anyone help identify them?

Looks like it is. Does it have "tabs" where bolts can be bolted on inbetween the runners? If so then it is cuz most if not all aftermarket headers don't allow bolting on the stock heatshield.

the heatshield is different because it's a J's racing heat shield with the J's racing engine torque damper. That's not a sway bar, that's a strut bar.
