I just got my MUZ convex mirror today. I am trying to remove my old mirror but has been impossible!

I also noticed my stock mirror is thicker than the MUZ mirror. Did HOnda change the mirror mounting for MY03???

My stock mirror seems to be held on in ways more complex than just clips.

Any help is much appreciated.

Should I use alot of force to pull on it? I am so afraid I'll break the motor.

 

Ok! I just successfully installed the mirror! i just gave it all out and ripped the mirror off disregarding the nasty sound it made.

I am surprisd to see the mirror does seem to be held in place mainly by the white puddy; not so much of clips on the bottom.
