You guys have given me a lot of great feedback. I read that I have a right to request the officer's notes + police report. I may do this.
It sounds funny as we are all s2k owners and such, but the truth is I find it very hard to "squeal" my tires straight line accelerating. I may on occasion get a chirp or what have you but have almost never get a "squeal." That may also prove me to be a more reserved driver, but I honestly think the officer had a problem with me being from out of state.
I have heard a lot about this as well.
I hope so..
More input is always welcomed.. I'll keep you all posted to my information request for the officer's notes and such, and if it goes to court the update for that as well.

Tell the judge you drive a four-cylinder Honda with 160 torque and that its impossible to squeal your wheels at speed.
I think it is pretty standard practice for judges to reduce citations when you show up to court.
I hope so..
