I've always found Rick's to be very responsive- especially responding to customer questions after a sale.

i ordered Ricks custom badges & received it within a week
dont forget i live in KSA thats in the middle east so it had to be shipped internationaly

btw for the record ive bought two items from ricks and they have arrived within 2 weeks, mind you i live in Malaysia. Good job thanks.

I ordered a Voodoo shift knob over the summer from ricks2k.com and it arrived in about 3 days. I had a great experience with them and would definitely order again.
