Mishaps do happen. I have ordered from Rick's many times, Voodoo, Visor covers, S badges, Pulley's, Sidemarkers, Leather shift boot, Leather covered steering wheel,4:56 gears all on different orders and can't say enough about the service and response time. On one order for gears my credit card was somehow charged twice for a good deal of money- my E-mail was answered immediately and the credit was issued just as fast!
