Default Need help with suspension question

Need some help.
My suspension is starting to feel a little sloppy, and is creaking. When I go over speedbumps, or dips (especially when I am going slow), I can hear the suspension creaking and squeaking, and feel it compressing. Even when I am starting from a stand-still, and have the wheels turned all the way to one side, when I start moving they creak. I have 40,000 kms on my car (25,000 miles), with stock shocks and kg/mm race springs. The springs have been on the car for 10,000 kms (6,000 miles), and were used when I bought them (I think they had about 10,000 kms on them when I bought them.
How do I fix this?
Do I just need to replace my springs with a new set? Are my stock shocks shot after 40,000 kms (30,000 stock, and 10,000 lowered)?

Check under the car for any signs of oil on your suspension. Control arms, etc. You might have a leaking shock.
