Default Skunk 2 Lowering Springs

I was looking at buying the Skunk 2 lowering springs for the s2000, and it says that they will lower the car 2.0"-2.5" and my question is will I need new shocks with these as well? And if so how long could I drive it lowered before damaging the stock shocks? And one last little question is will I need any other suspension upgrades with these, or will the stock suspension hold up for a while? Thanks

Thats a very large drop for the stock struts to handle! You will need different struts for the spring setup that you desire. In fact the struts that are on our cars will not be able to work properly with a lowered ride height, at least not for a long duration of time. 6 months tops before you see oil start to discharge from the top of the strut where the shaft and the seal meet. Hope this helps!!
