Default Need help with a tough decision.......

I'm on the verge of placing an order for an '04 S2000. Here's my dilemma: I'll have to give up my tuned up 430hp/500lb-ft torque Audi S4 to get the S2000. When I bought the S4, I needed one vehicle that could "do it all". Since then, I have acquired a Honda Pilot. I never had intended to tune up the Audi the way I did, but one thing led to another, etc., etc, etc. I so much want a convertible, and I LOVE the telepathic handling, and overall precision with which the S2000 operates. The way the engine revs is also intoxicating. Still....my Audi pulls with such violent acceleration at any speed, you can't help break out into laughter. Is the joy of top-down motoring in a high precision bullet like the S2000 going to compensate for it's relative lack of power, or should I just keep my S4, realizing that very little else can equal the sheer bliss of that mind-blowing thrust.

I would wait till the spring.
If you get it now you may regret it.
Since winter is coming.
PLus that way you have a few more months to think about it.

yeah its starting to get cold and you won't really get to enjoy the s2000 now. wait a little bit and read more reviews on the 04 before you put down the money.

at least you need to do an extended testdrive of the 04 before you can even begin to contemplate on a decision. the s2000 is not for everyone...especially those who are in love with torque and turbos. for all you know, an M3 convertible would suit your style and lust for power better...

I don't think the stock S has enough power to make you happy, now maybe if you supercharge it...
