can i get a lil help w/ gear ratios...
i have all the gear ratios for the s2k...my00-my03, but i was just wondering if someone could give me the mph per 1000 rpm for each gear.

There is a website that does all the calculations for you for each RPM. I don't know what the url is right now. However I made a summary of gear ratios and speeds on my website @ redline for many cars including our S2000.
Gearing and Speed Calculations
To get it for each 1000RPM, its proportional to the redline posted. For Example, 45MPH@9000RPM is 30MPH@6000RPM, 15MPH@3000RPM and 5MPH@1000RPM. Basically take the speed at redline of each gear and put a 1/9 * Redline MPH for 1000RPM, 2/9 * Redline MPH for 2000RPM...
For 04s do it by 1/8.2, 2/8.2 and so on.
