Need For Speed- Underground... dissapointing... sad.

Well... I did it... about 8 days later, numerous hours of gameplay... and a couple 2 or 10 arguments with this better half... and I unlocked the S2000!! 
...but...
I'm stuck with a moral dilemma!! Though I longed to dress up an S on the game... make it look like my baby (currently in storage for a rather dissapointing winter thus far!
)... The car is actually no better than the Acura RSX on the game!!?? 
Is that car as easily modible and such a performance powerhouse in real life!?? With equal mods on all cars... they have the S handling less than the Supra, but accelerating at the same rate... and a sliiiighly lower top end? Accelerating MUCH slower than the RSX, with the same top end... and same handling?? and they have it a LOT faster than the RX7, but with equal accelerating and handling...
Is this odd...

Where's the accurate research!?
Though my car looks DAAAAAAYYYYUUUUMMM good... (and even with a little more juice under the hood!

i've researched the game and i wont buy it cause it's said that all cars handle exactly the same... do a comparison and u should find out... at least that's what the reviewers say... oh well.

Beat the game in about a week from the day i bought it with the s2k 
THE REASON THAT THE CARS ARE SOO CLOSE IN SPECS IS BECAUSE THR GAME WAS BUILT FOR ON LINE PLAY THERE FOR PEOPLE COULD RACE WHAT EVER CAR AND NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT HOW GOOD THE CARS ARE IN THE REAL WORLD...THIS WAY NOT EVERYONE WOULD PICK THE SKYLINE GTR RESULTING IN A 1 CAR GAME
