For some reason after Honda Gillman put in a new clutch disk, I can't shift into 1st or reverse without applying a lot of force on the shift nob.

I took the car back, and they replaced the flywheel and clutch plate to try to fix the problem. But, it's still the same...I can't get into 1st or reverse without a lot of force on the shift nob.

Anyone know what could be the problem? I want to make some suggestions to Honda Gilman because it seems like they don't know what is wrong...
