Did you have any smell from the exhaust right after installation? I had mine installed today, brought it home and put it back in the garage. Then I noticed a smell, WOW what a smell, does anything need to burn off in the system?

 

the smell is normal. let it burn off, drive around for a while. you should smell the stuff coming out of the Mugen exhaust when i first had it installed

I picked up the car and brought home from the shop ~3-4 Mi. and put it in the Garage and shut the door. I'll drive around a little, made the whole house sell real funky.
But the sound is really nice, a nice deep kinda grunty sound.

 

I bought one today! I can't wait!

 

I had that smell from the exhaust to, but it went away after a day or two.

 

I'm installing mine Saturday. Thanks for posting, now I know not to worry.
