I only received one survey, the one from J. D. Powers with $1 attached. J. D. Powers did follow up with two telephone surveys. Over the last 29 years I have purchased 12 new cars and the S2000 is the first one that I have not received a survey from the manufacturer. I figure American Honda has learned a lesson from their dealerships and quit caring about the customer.

I got 2 in the mail. 1st was right after I bought the car and the other was after I had my 1st service.

Last week I had a 1/2 hour face to face session with a survey firm who picked me because I bought the Stook. They were actually doing a survey on the Audi TT and saw the Stook as competitor. They paid me $AUD40 cash for the half hour.
