New clutch!
Ok the s2000 now has a new OEM flywheel and exceddy clutch kit. Couldnt resurface the flywheel it was cracked.lol
Like I said in my 1st post this isnt my vehicle, I just maintan it for my mother and in exchange I can take it whenever. (I drive a truck, so sometimes the S is fun)
I also changed the fluids while the car was down.
10w30 Royal Purple engine oil, Royal Purple MTF w/synterlec, and mobil synthetic 75w-90 (or 80, i forgot, lol) gear oil. This car has 70K on the odo and damn it drives smooth as silk. Anyway the forum was a great help, Thanks.

I suspect fropmt he description that it was surface cracking on the friction face. You can machine out if it's not too deep but otherwise you replace it.
As he's using an OEM flywheel the clutch would be the same as the OEM clutch (which is made by Exedy). Not to be confused with the Hyper Single or Dual Carbon which use their own flywheel.
