Default new factory clutch

okay, i just got my car back from the dealer for a new clutch. Right when i drove it, i noticed that the new clutch is much easier to push down than my previous stock clutch. I don't really like how the new clutch feels, since it feels to easy to mash down. Should it feel like this? In order to compare, i test drove the new civic si a while ago, and the clutch easiness feels comparable. Feels like a downgraded from my old clutch, even though they are supposed to be the same.

All new clutches do need a period of time to break in. So give it some time to get use to it! Good Luck!

Jlee1 -

are you coming Saturday to the meet? both Eddie and i had the TSB done to replace our clutches -- you could compare yours to ours...

i do remember noticing that the new clutch had a smoother feel to it... that possibly could be interpreted as a lighter feel...
