Default New owner - 2 questions

Hey, I'm a new S2000 owner and I have 2 quick questions:

1) Can the rear windscreen fold down?

2) Should there be a "hole" just by the rear bumper license plate light area?

Thanksss.

Can you fold down just the windscreen? If so, how?

The hole by the rear bumper is where the license plate lamp is located. There seems to be just open gap in that area. Is this normal or am I missing a piece of trim here?

Do you mean the rear window that is in the soft top? It def cant on an ap2 and ive never heard that you can on an ap1. I assume you saw this on a early miata and want something like that.

That hole is normal

It will fold flat back and only to the back. It will not fold forward. Here's a pic of an extended S2000 windscreen folded back (installed in a MB)
