I can't afford Mugen parts as is, I hope they don't "adjust" the prices to make up for the tax evasion.

I'm glad that at least Mugen will stay in business because, in my opinion, Mugen makes some of the best aftermarket products for cars in the whole industry, period. The amount of engineering that goes into their parts is simply phenominal.

Technically Mugen won't be in business, M-Tec will. So it'll be a little weird when all the newbies have no idea what we are referring to when we mention Mugen.

Hmmm. It will be interseting to see how this restructuring effects the products and sales. I think it's a shame, but so many corperations are guilty of the same "illegal" actions, and go unnoticed. Dirty fact of the corperate world.

I don't think their products will change much, we're talking about one guy gone, the rest of the engineering staff remains. The company that is taking over knows the success of the products that were produced, I don't think they will be changing that.

If they're going to restructure the entire company and product line (what I gathered from reading the release on Mugen's site), then I'd say the product design will change quite a bit.
