New Radar/Laser device?

Came across this this morning.
Has anyone heard of this to see if it works or tried it? Or is it just to good to be true?

All I have read and heard about this is that it is total junk. However ,a friend of mine told me just last week that his had saved him numerous times and he had just ordered one for his daughter. I use a V-1.
