Next time she says it stop the car, look at her for about 20 seconds in silence while acting like you're thinking, then reach across her to open the door, and say "you're right".

I bet she'll never say it again, or she'll get out - then you know she wasn't worth it anyway

Off topic now, but if you trust her, you could try letting her drive it. It worked for me and now she loves it. (Course we have to flip for the drivers seat everytime we take it somewhere now.)
