I have an 02 s2k, when I originally bought the car, It came with only 1 key, I need to get 1 or 2 more keys made, can I get the new 04 keys that say s2k on them? I know they are laser cut or at least I think, but would it be possible?

 

I WANT THOSE KEYS FORMY 03. LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU FIND OUT AND IF THEY WILL WORK ON THE 02-03'S.

 

I LIKE CAPS LOCK TOO. IT'S AWESOME.

 

To get the new keys (MY04-05) to work in an earlier MY car, you have to replace the lock cylinders. It will cost you around 600+ to change all 4 lock cylinders in your car.

The question is do you like the key 600 worth?

 

if they are jdm lock cylinders... then yes.

FORGET THAT IM NOT ABOUT TO PAY $600 JUST TO GET KEYS LIKE THE NEW CARS HAVE.PLUS I DO NOT WANT THEM TEARING APART MY CAR TO PUT IN NEW LOCK CYLINDERS.I DONT LIKE THEM THAT MUCH.

 

That's the problem with surfing with a VIC-20, there's no lower case.
