New Sound
Hi Everyone,
I've finished the installation on my sound install, and should have better pics when there's actually some light out. My setup includes:
MB Quartz Q series in the doors
Alpine MDA-7755 (although a 7864 is in temp)
2 PPI PC 2300 200 watt amps
JL Audio 12 With a Fiberglass custom enclosure w/amps in tool well
SP Capacitor
Overall the sound is so much improved over stock I can't even begin to explain..but I think the greatestr achievement was the bass frequencies. I really did'nt think I was going to get a really good sound, especially since I had no desire to do anything to the interior that was permanent. I have to say clarity and overall sound is fantastic, with a great center staging than I was able to get in a 4 door 325. Amazing. The guys at the sound shop could'nt believe the db ratings we were able to get even with the top down. Anyway, here are a couple pics (if I can get this thing to work) So now you know that it's posssible in our little s2ks.

Thanks rick,
I just can'y get this #@%$#!!! thing to work. I don't know why...I am following all instructions! Perhaps you can try and post it as a reply. The address is: http://albums.photopoint.com/j/ViewPhoto?u...1997&p=34018399
By the way, i've been a little out of it lately but would love to get your console cover and steering wheel stuff. What's the best way?

Hard to tell from the photo, but I think my install will be very similar. What are the things showing to the top and left? Looks like amp controls.
For the console cover, just go to the Parts Counter section. Ordering info is there. If you're a member of S2KI, you can order at a discount by going here: http://www.s2000fans.com/accessories/rick.php

Rick, I'm sorry about the photo's ...it was at night but I'll post better ones tommorow. The "things" are actually cutouts in the covering showing which amps I am using. Therefore Precisicon Power...Since they are doing a feature on my car I had to show thier product...although I got a great discount. By the way, are you able to do leather for other "classics" I'd love to commision you for some work.
